A Quieter Kind of Care

Maybe feeding your baby has become the part of the day you dread, even though you want it to feel tender.

Maybe your cycle has changed, and you are trying to understand what your body is telling you. Someone may have mentioned fibroids or PCOS without giving you enough room to ask what that means for your life. Or perhaps the changes of perimenopause have left you wondering what comes next.

You deserve time for your questions.

Lactation & Womb Wellness offers a place to learn about your body, talk through what you are experiencing, and consider what support would be useful. We can help you prepare questions for your healthcare provider and make sense of the guidance you receive, while honoring the choices that belong to you.

We begin with what is happening now, and with what you want to understand.

Feeding Support

Feeding your baby can be tender, frustrating, exhausting, and beautiful, sometimes in the same hour. You deserve help that makes room for all of it.

We begin with what feeding looks like in your home. If you are nursing, we can look at latch and positioning together and try adjustments while your baby feeds. If you are pumping, we can review your setup and talk through comfort and timing. If you are using formula or combining approaches, we can help you find a rhythm that works for your family.

We talk through your questions about feeding cues, milk supply, and what may need a closer look from a healthcare professional. When a referral is needed, we help you prepare for that conversation.

The goal is a way of feeding your baby that you understand and can live with. Your choices remain yours.

Womb & Hormonal Care

Maybe your periods have become heavier. Maybe your cycle is hard to predict, pelvic discomfort keeps interrupting your day, or the changes of perimenopause feel unfamiliar. You may have been told to keep an eye on it without knowing what to watch for.

We make room for the whole conversation: what you have noticed, what has changed, and what questions you still have. Together, we can track patterns across your cycle and daily life, explore supportive routines, and prepare for conversations with your healthcare provider. If you are curious about herbs or other wellness practices, we can talk through what is known and what deserves caution.

You do not have to dismiss what you are feeling or figure it out alone. This care helps you understand your experience and speak about it clearly, while diagnosis and treatment remain with your medical team.

Sacred Transitions

Private Ritual Care

Some moments ask to be witnessed.

A first period. The return to your body after birth. A diagnosis that has changed how you see yourself. The approach of menopause. The quiet decision to release a version of your life that no longer fits.

A first-period ceremony can give a young person a gentle welcome into this new season, with the people she wants beside her. There is room for questions, for celebration, and for her own feelings about what is changing.

For other transitions, we shape a private ritual around what the moment means to you. That might include reflection, music, grounding practices, a warm herbal soak, or a conversation about the daily rhythms you want to carry forward. Nothing is assumed. You choose what belongs in your experience.

Some women are drawn to yoni steaming for its warmth and the intentional pause it creates. Others are curious about yoni eggs as a practice associated with pelvic awareness and connection to the body. If either interests you, we discuss what it involves, its limits, and its risks before you decide whether it has a place in your care.

The purpose is to give this passage your attention and mark it in a way that feels like yours.

Ongoing Support

You may come for one conversation about feeding, your cycle, or a change you are trying to understand. That visit can stand on its own.

You may also want someone to walk with you as questions change: as your baby grows, your body settles after birth, or a new season begins. We can make space to return to what you have learned, notice what feels different, and decide what support would be useful next.

We’ll talk about the pace and number of visits that make sense for you. Continued care is always your choice.

Investment

Choose the kind of care that meets the question you are bringing. A single visit is welcome, and continued support is available if you want it.

Feeding Support
Initial visit: $175 for up to 90 minutes
Follow-up visit: $100 for 60 minutes

Womb & Cycle Wellness
Initial session: $150 for 75 minutes
Follow-up session: $100 for 60 minutes
Three-session care series: $325

The care series includes one initial session and two follow-ups for those who want time to notice patterns, bring new questions, and continue the conversation.

Sacred Transitions: Private Ritual Care
Private rituals begin at $225. First-period ceremonies and other gatherings are priced individually based on the time, planning, and people involved.

If you are interested in yoni steaming or yoni egg education, we will talk about what you are seeking and discuss the relevant safety considerations during your consultation. Pricing for either offering is shared after that conversation and confirmed before you book.

We begin with a conversation about what you are looking for, so you can choose the support and investment that feel right for you.
