Sacred Education Coming Soon!!
Knowledge that steadies women, families, and communities
There is comfort in knowing what to ask, what to practice, and where to turn when life changes.
Sacred Education offers classes and trainings for the moments when you want to feel more prepared. You may be getting ready for birth, learning to care for a baby, finding new ways to support your family’s well-being, or wanting the skills to respond when someone needs help.
Here, questions are welcome. We make room to learn together, try things with guidance, and carry useful knowledge back into our homes and communities.
Offerings may include childbirth and parenting education, emotional wellness practices, everyday financial literacy, nutrition, and CPR training. Each class is designed to give you something you can understand and use.
Preparation does not mean having every answer. It means having a little more to stand on when the moment comes.
Because knowledge becomes far more powerful when it is shared.
Individual Classes & Community Learning
Begin Where You Are
You do not have to take the whole Sacred Motherhood Series to find something here for you.
You might come with your partner to practice comfort measures for labor. You might want to learn infant CPR before your grandchild arrives. You might be ready to talk about money without shame, or practice saying no without explaining yourself for an hour.
Each class gives you a place to ask questions, try something practical, and carry what you learn into your daily life. Some things are easier to learn when you can sit beside others who are figuring them out too.

The Sacred Motherhood Series
Motherhood brings many new beginnings: pregnancy, birth, recovery, feeding, and learning your way as a parent.
The Sacred Motherhood Series is a guided education pathway for women and families preparing for those changes. In a small cohort, participants will move through practical lessons together, ask questions, practice skills, and build connections they can carry into early parenthood.
**The series includes:**
* **Sacred Beginnings:** Childbirth education, birth preferences, and preparing to speak up for your care.
* **Sacred Labor Support:** Comfort measures and ways a partner or support person can help during labor.
* **Sacred Postpartum:** Recovery and the first weeks at home.
* **Feeding With Confidence:** Infant feeding choices, common questions, and where to find further support.
* **Prepared Hands:** Infant CPR and emergency response training.
* **Raising With Intention:** Parenting foundations and the family rhythms you want to create.
* **Sacred Integration Circle:** Reflection and questions with Amani as the series comes to a close.
You will not leave knowing exactly how every day will unfold. You will leave with knowledge, practiced skills, and people you can learn alongside.
